Taking care of business

Well kids, she has been awhile. I have been very preoccupied as of late and as such have utterly neglected this blog and believed that it's time had long come and gone. It was not until I received a message from one of my readers that I had best make another post soon, less I wish to be the victim of their utter disappointment. I shall refrain from revealing said person's identity. Well enough about that, I shall go on with the post. Since working for my father I have had the pleasure of driving a dump truck, the utter displeasure controlling a loader(with both of it's open windows offering my blood to the horde of insects that swarm us in the forest and finally I experienced the naive contentedness of a child while in control of the excavator, a childhood favorite of mine. Other then this I have been keeping of with my workouts , weighing in around 230 pounds currently.I have run out of jack3d and due to the postal worker strike going on around the country, will not have it back any time soon. As such I am back on N.O explode, my first supplement ever bought. I have added a BCAA to my stack and now feel as if it will be complete once my yok3d arrives. When I hit my lowest possible body fat percentage, I will add something like mutant mass to it but that is pretty far down the road.

Since I last blogged I have been to a rather big party in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. For those who don't know where that is, my home town is 4 hours away from this place. We went there for one night, it was grand. I have also begun reading a book, Pride Prejudice and Zombies, which is an exquisite read and I suggest that you all look into reading it yourselves. Besides that I have been living life each day , wife beater and unholy daily supplementation at a time. Waiting ever so patiently for a certain person to tell me when I should expect a visit.

As always, thanks for visiting my blog everyone. If you would feel so inclined as to comment on this post, that would be just grand. If you find it impossible to write anything nice about it, I suggest you watch the following video for inspiration.

The results

So there I was, walking next my father into the doctor's office. Grease and soil caked upon me and my work clothes. My hair last washed by diesel fuel during yesterday's work day and my boots had a massive build up of sand and clay on them which, much to my pleasure, formed small mounds of soil wherever I stepped. I was ready for this, it was victory or tantrum. I had pre-planned to roll about the office if I got...undesirable results. So the secretary pretended to not notice my condition and ushered me in to a room where we waited. I sat with my dad, looked at him and told him I was not letting this go, ever regardless of what happens.

The doctor came in, with a long list in hand. I have to admit, I thought it was the end... I thought I was fuck3d. She sat down and the very first thing she said was, "The tests went well" and I cut her off at this via putting my fist in the air and shouting, "Victory is mine!".  She then informed me that the heart related tests were yet to come in still. I was disappointment. She then continued by telling us that I had a very slight iron deficiency, that didn't actually matter because it was still at a healthy level at the same time? I looked at my dad and told him that I hoped he liked not eating as much meat as he used to because he just set the precipice for all future arguments about who gets the big piece of chicken. He laughed, crying on the inside. I shook her hand, told her it was nice doing business with her and walked out. DMX playing in my head, knowing that although the war is not over, my cause certainly has hit the ground winning. This is certainly a great day for myself and as such the rest of Canada. It may be a few weeks untill the rest of the results come in but till then I am supplementing like there is not tommorow. I actually downed 3 scoops of jacked and 4 of creatine in the creation of this post. Going to workout, I will post the results of the other tests when they come. Oh, by the way, I had double the chicken my dad did last night and moaned that my iron deficiency was flaring up to get it.

A picture of myself, on the glorious road to    unquestioned supplementation.

Tommorow is the true day of judgement

Well kids, I am unsure as to whether or not I have ever mentioned in my previous posts of an illness I had when I was three but I am going to assume I haven't out of sheer laziness and inform you all that I had Kawasaki disease. I nearly died of an illness that sounds of pure awesome. Due to the extreme rareness of the condition( the only other person I know of having it died), it was hard for my mother to convince any doctor that I had this condition (she was a nurse at the IWK for some time prior). As such there were complications, blah blah blah heart enlarged, blah blah blah heart was essentially being squeezed into submission, blah blah blah, I still now have a very unique organ. So, where is the relevance between this rant and my terrible and shameful jest at the beginning of the end which should of happened not too long ago?

Well my parents were very concerned about my heart and the use of supplements, so they brought me to the doctor who then ordered that a variety of tests be done. I meet with her tomorrow. This is it. The brightest of days or darkest of nights. The fate of my love of Jack3d hangs in the balance, which is pretty shitty shitty suck suck if you ask me. Will I never use jack3d again? Will I become Jack3d? Will my heart explode suddenly? Will lady gaga go back to making good music? Will I ever again reference Zombie's amazing blog?stay tuned for tomorrow's boring post.

My bad

Hey guys, I got a new job and have been working quite a few hours and as such have once again slowed down on the blog posts but I promise I will make one tonight and tomorrow. I work in a half hour so I will make this post short. I have a new workout buddy and he is pretty committed (we started working out at 5 30 this morning so that both our schedules didn't conflict. It was pretty sudden but Saturday he had a complete change of heart about the idea of working out and has since tasted the Jack3d and suffered through the creatine and is loving it. So I am pretty stoked. I weighed myself today after: working out, eating and drinking tons of water. I weighed 243 and although yes I was stupid not to weigh myself right away in the morning and it is only a decrease of 2, that means I am still going down and in reality am pretty close to hitting the 230s. Life is grand.

My supplementing song

So ugh between now working and working out and gaming I have had little time for a blog update. The fact that blogger was dead did not help at all. So I thought I would just share this little song with you guys. It is the song I listen to right after I take my stuff and am waiting around before I workout. Enjoy

Just to let those who were following me from the start know, I now weigh 245 pounds, down from over 260.  It is nice to see results start to come of what I am doing. :D

Another day , anouther handfull of pills and a fresh wifebeater

Well boys and girls, I am going to pretend that may 2nd never happened and as such not even discuss it on in this blog.

Now that we have that settled and out of the way, today I am going to bore you all with a bit of fitness talk. I may have tendinitis.I was working arms today and felt an immense pain build up under in my forearm, so deep that it felt like the pain was in my bones. It felt as though my bones were going to snap in half. So I did a bit of googling my problem and found a couple solutions. Some suggested not using the bar bell for curls of any sort, this helped a lot with the pain. It was the free motion that dumb bells that helped. I then also tried doing hammer curls instead which do not strain your tendons at all really. Success, fuck you tendinitis.
Moving along,I have a proposition for all of you. I figured it was time I started tracking my progress like it appears everyone else does. You know, the cute pictures of people in the mirror showing what they look liked before they started working out so that they can see the after results. Anyways I am not going to post these on my blog unless anyone is actually interested in seeing it so I am going to put a poll up when I wake up. Vote accordingly. Night people.

Home sweet battle fortress of doom?

I haven't checked Zombie's blog today yet but I do believe I have found something that he and other like minded individuals, such as myself, will enjoy. I am just going to leave this link here that I encourage you all to check out.
Personally I would love this, I would love it so very much. It is handy for just about everything I can think of, the apocalypse, unwanted family visits and the retirement home for Harper...he is a man who loves security at all costs.

omegling

Well hello there kids, what you see here is my pledge to post regularly coming in to effect. Unfortunately, this means that the posts will not always contain mind blowing content. Deal with it. Omegle has been the focus of my night life. I learned the ways of it, knowing the tell-tale signs that could tell me whether or not I was going to be nexted right away. consequently I also know whether it is a guy or a girl I am talking to generally. I have been asked to father children, council/console other guys, and fight zombie hordes. Shit has been real. Other then my online escapades, I have taken up a new quest to find gym equipment on kijiji and will hopefully have some new additions to my growing arsenal soon.

A new era of loafing

Well I am home again, free of school work and temporarily free of work of any kind. So here I sit, beginning the second season of South park with the intention of watching every episode of South Park, Trailer park boys (an amazing Canadian show) and then every Disney movie from 1937 until 2010. So as you may have assumed, I have time on my hands. It is my intention to commence a new steady flow of posts on my blog and get back in the routine of following everyone's blogs again. I guess the first order of business would be to summarize what I have been up to. I am still working out and building quite a bit of muscle, at home. I bought a set of adjustable dumb bells and a bar bell and am now looking over a couple DIY gym equipment projects to improve my workouts. It was kinda fun, I was at canadian tire and there was a couple people looking at the weights in the fitness section and I bought all the 25 pound weights and 5 pound weights...leaving only 2.5 weights and a few 10 pound weights. Poor bastards.
Anyways, I have been working out consistently since my original post about starting to work out. I have long ago used up all my N.O explode and have since made a rather large order to supplements Canada. My stack now includes: Creatine, amino acids, protein, (jack3d / hydroxycut), test boost, vitamins, glutamine and fish oil. Though I have talked about it a lot, I have still not started to do cardio. I am supposed to start tommorow with my cousin, so I am pretty excited to see how that goes. Anyways, seeing how my life revolved so much about exams  for the last while, that is about all that has changed really.

Not posting

Hey guys,

Really sorry about the lack of posts, university has kept me really busy in the past few weeks. This ends one week from today, you can expect new posts at that time and I will be making my rounds to the blogs of all my followers once again at that time. I love you, all of you.

My trip (so far)

Well hey there kids, since I have been on vacation here in Orlando I have been to universal studios, adventure islands, animal kingdom and magic kingdom. As such, my feet hurt, a lot. I really admired how the lines going to the rides in these parks usually had a lot of time and thought put into them and as such were enjoyable themselves. When we went to universal studios there was two really good rides, the Simpson ride and the Hollywood rip ride rocket roller coaster. The Simpson's ride in particular had a nice line up area where as the Hollywood rip ride rocket had the awesome idea, allowing the rider to pick what music he/she listened to.

The video that plays while in the line for The Simpson's

A video of someone riding the Rip ride rocket ( listening to the same song I picked)

The next day I went to adventure island where I drank butter beer and went on the greatest motion simulator in Orlando, Harry Potter and the forbidden journey. This ride was awesome from the sorting hat and paintings in the line-up to the AMAZING ride. There is no video that does it justice so I won't post one, there is however a great video of the lineup going into the renovated dueling dragons roller coaster that I will instead (It is now a harry potter themed ride)

.

There is also a rather good POV video of the ride (skip till about 1:12)

After leaving the wizarding world I came upon my childhood favorite universal themed area, Jurassic park, where I encountered the worst ride in the park complimented only by the worst employee in North America.

The ride is apparently designed for "kids" but only kids that are taller then a certain height and lower then a certain measurement. Each child may pick one person taller then the requirement to go on the ride. The guy infront of the ride holding the stick, reminded me of someone who didn't have a mental condition of any sort but had decided long ago in a desk in grade school to stop learning. He was approached for assistance by a mother who had a missing child and replied that the child park that we were in had one exit and it was behind her so she could just wait and then returned to his most important task of measuring children. My little brother could climb three times the height of the enclosure around the park when he was a few months old. Needless to say an adult could quickly do the same. This did not occur to the man whose sole purpose in life seemed to be measuring children to make sure that kids of a certain height were denied for being tall. So I offered my assistance to the mother and ran about looking for a girl in purple with blond hair named Chloe. I found her, she was crying whilst running back and forth. I told her that her mother sent me to get her and suddenly winced at how I just said what children were warned to be afraid of. She ran into a corner so I told her that her mother was at the entrance , which is where I was headed and if she liked she could follow me from a distance. While we were walking back I would glance over my shoulder at her and she would momentarily look down as if ashamed she was following a stranger. She was a smart kid. Her mom seemed pretty stoked about having the kid back and Chloe stopped crying. The attendant stared at the scene and I smiled at him and he looked away. He is clearly unworthy of Jurassic park's awesome.
Anyways kids, I am going to do some homework and eat a chocolate frog now, thanks for reading.

Say Hello To My Little Friend

Well good evening ladies and gents, it is with utmost pride that I have an announcment to make, I have recruited one of my closest, dearest, and least sexually attractive comrads to the blogging community. It is my personal belief that any follower I have would be greatly interested in the day to day posts of this young man. As such, I got him to write out this post for me as I lay in comfort of my bed preparring for a vigorous day tomorrow full of leg workouts. Without further ado, this is the link to his blog, enjoy.

Twice a day, 5 days a week

So kids I have started today a new attitude towards my workouts. Starting today I will do 2 workouts a day (5 days a week), one at around 6 am and the other around 3-4 pm in order to follow up the workout with a meal. Today for example I went straight to the shower after and then to meal hall for breakfast. Do you remember those "balanced breakfasts" from old cereal commercials? Well That was my breakfast ( minus the cereal and pancakes). Oatmeal, yogurt, 2 oranges, an apple, 4 eggs worth of egg whites, 2 pieces of bread and a breakfast sandwich (which was a one time ordeal) is my new breakfast. I will have two workouts each day with the same muscle set, the second workout focusing on high numbers of reps and the first focusing on less. I have found that I am growing muscle pretty fast, especially in my chest. I am now 250, which sounds like I slowed down on weight loss but really I am noticing even less fat everywhere and watching my muscles expand. I have been doing lots of murder curls and taking the idea of it and applying it to all workouts, alternating the weight I am lifting as the workout goes on. (starting with low weights and moving up to higher for the last 6 sets.) I also have a guy named Rob who comes in and sits next to me, pointing at different weights and saying a number of reps. I am yet to fail one of his challenges. Due to my content with my N.O.-Xplode I have decided to buy a stack from BSN for the summer, if anyone really knows much about supplements or has any suggestions as to what stack to use: Please suggest it to me. As it stands I am liking the "Big bad Wolf Stack" and the "The action hero stack"

I will try to get back to consistently posting, expect all the details on my trip to Florida which starts Friday. Thanks for subscribing to me, having 90 people reading my mindless rants is a comforting thought.

Question period

In this episode of question period (a Canadian government daily shit show) there is a big scandal being discussed. Knowing that the opposition party was about to tear them apart the conservatives (ruling party), is as expected rather edgy. At about 11 seconds when the leader of opposition is given the floor you can hear amidst the applause from the liberal party "Bring it on" from some conservative woman. I love watching kids argue.

Music

Hey guys, I have been listening to some Russian music for a bit now and have decided to share some of the less popular songs with you. Here is one that I absolutely love.

Political unrest in the desert

Well it looks as if the theories about Egypt's government posing as a modern rendition of the Berlin wall. As proof of this we now have a lovely video of a man named Gaddafi,"Leader of Libya", who is ranting about his intent to be a martyr and fooling with his clothes nervously. He is probably going to die soon or be imprisoned for a long time. At this time, about 300 citizens have died due to the law his "revolutionary government" made pertaining to the inability of a citizen to use any form of weapon against his fellow countrymen. Even if it is in an attempt to avoid a clubbing. The coverage of the situation that is unraveling in Libya is now in peril. It is about time these countries rise up, lets hope we see some solid transition government that lead to open and credible regimes. Hopefully one day we will see such a government too. If anyone wants to understand exactly what is going on in North Africa, I suggest you follow Reuters.

 Updates:
"Italy's foreign minister said as many as 1,000 people may have been killed in Libya. Unconfirmed reports spoke of troops and African mercenaries firing on protesters."

"A medical official said some 320 had died in Benghazi alone since protests against oppression and poverty began last week."

Speaker issues

Well boys and girls, I now am having some issues with my klipsch speakers. It all started when my receiver started saying "protect mode" when I would hit a certain volume level. Well that problem still exists but my speaker cones also do not move anymore.  So I am now going to occupied with troubleshooting my speakers and  receiver for a bit, I am confident that the speakers are not irreparable or even damaged in anyway. I think something may be faulty with the receiver right now. That is all for now as my break from troubleshooting ends and I go back to care for my speakers. Promise I will put out more posts soon (with happier notes as well).

Bit more about the weight condition

Well boys (and now) girls, I thought it was just about high time I gave everyone an idea of just what I am up against in this fitness struggle I find myself in. I have always been a big kid, both in weight and structure. At eleven years old I hit the 200 pound landmark ( I was also about the same height I am now) and in the past 7 years my weight has hit 260. As of yesterday, I am now 254. This is the byproduct of lifting weights and decreased food consumption. Never really was good with cardio, don't know if it is a lack of effort or commitment...or my heart current state (compliments of Kawasaki disease). Bottom point is, after the first couple minutes my heart feels as if it is being curb stomped. So it has been on the back burner for the past decade,I realize it is a rather big part of the problem. Soon we will be starting up with some cardio and easing ourselves into it. That is when I am going to start expecting some bigger results, till then, I have the mass on my body to form muscle. May as well have something to look at when it is all over, right? Anyways I have plenty of tell-tale signs of change already. Flab is now gone from my lower legs, my entire arm is rather solid except for around my arm pits. My stretch marks are shrinking and becoming far paler. I feel no fatigue when lifting weights, even when increasing the weight I am lifting. Instead I feel a rush of adrenaline that lasts until failure. Feels natural. My gym buds are rather impressed with how quickly I progressing in strength. Anyways, off to class and then the gym, thanks again to all my subscribers. I am now past the 50 landmark and am hoping to have 100 followers very soon. Have a great night everyone.

entertainement while you wait

Well I have been interrupted from my crysis 2 testing by another gym session (still at it) and after weighing myself I have discovered that I am 3 pounds lighter so as a reward to myself I am going to watch epic meal time and pretend I am eating these meals as a reward, enjoy kids.

Testing

Well kids I have been in class all day and that is why I am yet to put up a new post or go around visiting other blogs today. I just ate supper and am now wrestling with the Crysis beta which is my current top priority, when I have some results I will let you all know. Wish me luck and again thanks for reading.

Daily Double

Well today I have two things to share with you fine gents, firstly I am going to start by spreading the news that Crysis 2 has been leaked. This is of course only the beta that is leaked with far less features then the client due to be released in coming weeks, I am still beyond stoked. As I mentioned before, I am a gaming enthusiast...what I haven't mentioned is that it was last summer that I last added anything to my computer. My klipsch speakers were the focus since then. This is no longer the case, audio is on the back burner again as I am getting nervous about how my computer will deal with running crysis 2. I have 2 9800GT video cards running with a 3.0 Wolfdale processor right now. I am hoping to buy a 500 series nvidia (EVGA) card in the near future and overclock to 4.0 ghz. However I am not yet sure that this will be enough of a performance enhancer for my beloved rig. Seeing how Crytek fucked the pooch on giving us PC users a demo of sorts to see how our computers fair...the beta will have to do. I will be soon posting the results of running crysis with direct x9 (the beta does not allow one to go higher then that) for anyone else who is also interested in knowing how much of an upgrade is required before they may play crysis. Before anyone rants about the idea of using the beta or acquiring PC games in general in such a manner, I will have you know that I fully intend to by crysis on day one and this is just a simple measure I am undertaking in order to prepare for the release.

As for the second portion of this post, today I am going to purseue the method of weight loss that I have been hearing everyone talk about but never really got around to trying myself. Being a college student it is not really that easy to maintain a 5-6 meals a day diet on such a diminished budget but I am going to try it. Thanks to my parents I am going to do groceries for the first time this year and buy things that will effectively target my daily nutritional requirements. I am going to finalize a list tonight of exactly what I am getting but am quite open to any suggestions anyone may have. I know that I am going to buy lots of fruit, vegatbles (I can totally eat an onion by itself), cheese, bread (whole wheat of course) and oats. Kinda excited about this aswell, these groceries will be intended to supply half my meals while the rest will be at the meal hall in my residence. Again, would love any insightful suggestions, thanks again go out again to my subscribers for reading and your continued support!

Dancing with alcohol, not my usual kind of post

Well guys, last night was my residence's formal. I decided not to go to it and instead created this blog. Now most would think right off the bat that I had made an anti-social decision by doing this but quite frankly I think otherwise on the matter. My reason for not going was I remembered the last dance (besides my prom) that I went to with drinking involved. Two girls that I had known in high school were grinding me on the dance floor whilst I was trying to pull my ever famous "one man rave party". I felt dirty. I don't know if it is because I am a Catholic or some other influence in my life that is causing this effect but quite frankly the idea of a girl doing such things in public does not cause me to feel attracted but rather sick. I am straight, rather certain of this...I guess I am just into things being a bit more personal between myself and females in my life. I don't look down upon people who do this of course, I realize that I myself am the one who is being weird in this situation. Anyways, getting back to last night...I was beyond content with not going after I heard the tales of what happened at that hotel. We have one girl who came to be some poor guy's date who had a breast exposed and her dress up around her naval (compliments of the creepy fucking foreign student from the basement floor). One guy who was sober told me that he himself felt violated due to how much his penis was touched during the night by drunk girls. Apparently by the end of the night it was just one big making out session in the main room and the bathrooms contained both boys and girls in both the girls and boys washrooms. So kids, I am going to put a little poll on the side of my blog, tell me if how I react is normal or should I learn to coop with seeing drunk individuals making choices far outside their norms while under the influence.

Inspiration

Just thought I would share a video that myself and my Gym buddies watched the other day and it inspired us and got us in a good mindset for going to the gym and giving that extra "push". For those who don't follow the UFC,this is a fight for a 6 digit contract between two guys who just refuse to give up to one another. If they can do this and be so professional about it afterward, I think we could all get another rep into our work outs.

Here it is

First post

Well hello there gentlemen, this is obviously my first blog post and as such I am going to just more or less outline the idea(s) behind the purpose of this blog and the posts that will follow this one. I am a gaming enthusiast who preaches Nvidia and Intel technology and products often, so expect some posts about that. I particularly enjoy EVGA and Asus as manufacturing companies so that will be present as well in my (hopefully) daily posts. I like songs from all genres of music, giving preference to House and Trance music. If I find anything I really like I will give it a shout out here. I am a beginner audiophile, with a pair of B20 Klipsch speakers, so anything related to audio I will try to mention as well. I am rather over weight and as such have decided rather recently to hit the gym intensely, investing in N.O -explode and if I learn anything particularly enlightening health-wise, you'll see a post about it here.  Above all I am obsessed with current events and will read extensively into just about anything so if there is anything big going on like Egyptian mobs or Brazilian prison riots for example, I will lay out what information I find on the subject here with links to the sources of course. Well that is all I am going to write for today, anyone following my posts will learn a lot more about me as this blog progresses. Thanks for reading.
